Start with the record closest to the question, then use the other layers to check what changed. For present custody, that means the sheriff. For the final legal result, it means the signed judgment in the Unicoi County court file.

No Unicoi County Booking Log

How to Look Up Unicoi County Arrests

The reports add facility context, but the sheriff remains the source for present custody.

No published county page sets out visitation windows, deposits, phone service, mail rules, release processing, or a direct around-the-clock inmate line. Those operational points must be confirmed with the sheriff rather than borrowed from another Tennessee jail. The absence of a web policy also means a past state inspection report should never be used to infer present visiting access or custody conditions.

Recent Arrests and Booking Logs

Because there is no official live log, a web search cannot reliably confirm whether someone is now held in Unicoi County. Use the sheriff phone route first. A person may have been released before the call, transferred, cited without booking, booked elsewhere, or listed under a spelling variation.
